$5 HUGE Giveaway....

On a moments notice.... I got a call last night from my friend Kelli letting me know that her internet service was down and she wouldn't be able to post today. At that moment, I knew the post that I wanted to do, so taking over really quickly was going to be easy. It's the time of the year where things just seem to get tough for some, while others bask in the joy. Or.... there are some like my daughter-in-law, despite an extremely difficult year, just loves the holidays and is able to put the pain aside to enjoy the season. I admire that since I'm not a fan of the holidays, but enjoy spending time those that are.
Today, I would like to offer the money from the donations received to a friend in need. It's a friend that many know, and many may not. Who that is doesn't really matter, since any family in need should be thought of ... not only at the holidays, but year round.
I just happen to have a collection of beads that range from my original earthenware clay beads (fired to 1850 degrees F), my typical porcelain (fired to 2200 degrees F) to wood-fired beads (fired to 2400 degrees). I am fortunate to able to partake in those firings about 4 times a year. You can read more about wood-firing by going to my husband Bill's website.
Here's how today's giveaway will work..... For every $5 donated (make sure you check "GIFT" in paypal) you will be entered to win this entire group. If you donate $10, you will be entered two times, $25, five times, etc. As for what you are winning, I really couldn't even put a money value on it, but I can tell you it's at least worth $5!! :o)
Please send donations through Paypal to lovemyartjewelry@gmail.com. I will list the names along with the winner this Sunday when I will also be offering another "free" giveaway that you won't want to miss. I will only list the names one time each regardless of how many times you are entered. The number of entries will take place "behind the scenes."
Anyone is eligible to win these, including the LMAJ folks. Thanks for supporting those who create handmade with handmade. Please spread the word on your own blogs and social networking sites. MaryAnn
PS It was great talking to you Kelli!
