jonas lofgren

lately i've been having a love affair with sweden via all the amazing art/books/ films i've been into lately. i first came across the above image of lydia deets by jonas lofgren in the last lovely issue of 'lula' magazine. his work is mostly done with graphite and watercolor on paper and many of his young girlies wear masks. he has a shop which sells prints of his recent lula work including portraits of margot tenenbaum, enid coleslaw and the above image. hop on over to his myspace page where you can send him love notes. or not.
