Peace, Love and RocknRolla

Diamond hoop earrings, diamond rings, AND diamond strappy sandals. Leave it to Madonna to make a statement at her husband, Guy Ritchie’s, RocknRolla movie premiere in London tonight. The jury is out on whether or not the jewels on her Stella McCartney dress are the real deal…but we’re thinking they didn’t come from a BeDazzler.
The UK's Daily Mail reports that Ritchie spent some time solo on the carpet without his spotlight-stealing wife, who joined him only after he gave a series of interviews. Looks like they’re playing nice these days after a tumultuous summer.
And a bit of a disclaimer. Our frequent reports of Madonna’s jewelry statements are not intentional. It’s just that the pop diva seems to be everywhere these days. She returns to Amsterdam tomorrow to resume the Sticky & Sweet tour, while Mr. Madonna continues to promote his latest offering.
Starring in the film is the always-stunning, Thandie Newton, who wore a sculptural style earring with matching bangle on the red carpet.
Set in London’s criminal underworld, Ritchie says, “It’s the kind of film I like. I’ve made a film for me. " Let’s hope that means he didn't much care for his last two. Sorry, Guy.
